SCB Protect is a life and non-life insurance brokerage business under the subsidiary of Siam Commercial Bank (SCB). The company is seeking to fill a market gap by focusing on value protection and insurance products covering life risks in the mass market, under a concept of “value protection by your side”.
SCB Protect has engaged BE8 for their new Agent Sales Tools solution, which is realized through the implementation of the Salesforce CRM, particularly the Sales Cloud and salesforce 360 Platform for the insurance business.
The focus of this implementation is to build a solid foundation of the customer information, to equip the Agent team with capabilities to be successful, and to allow end users to experience the capabilities / functionalities provided by Salesforce CRM.
